Alan Hewitt played Linton H. Baldwin, owner of Perfect Pizza, in the first season episode, "Eat at Mario's" (1965).
Biography[]
Alan Everett Hewitt was an American actor of stage, film and television. A serious, firm-jawed support actor on Broadway from the 1930s through the 1950s, he later entered films and television. He played unsympathaetic comic foils in 1960s Disney's film fluff. His best known role was as the ever-suspicious Detective Brennan on the sitcom My Favorite Martian (1963).[2]
Some [of his] television shows include, "Maude," (1976), "The Bob Newhart Show," (1972), "Ironside," (1970), "Lost in Space," (1967) "I Dream of Jeannie," (1967), "Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C." (1966), "My Favorite Martian," (1964-1966) and "Bewitched," (1965). Some of his better films include, "National Velvet," (1960) "Absent Minded Professor," (1961), "Days of Wine and Roses" (1963) and "How to Murder Your Wife." (1965).[3]
