Arthur Adams played four characters on Bewitched (1966-1970), most notably as Robert Williams, the father of a boy who is musically gifted.
Biography[]
Arthur Adams was an African-American character actor who appeared in many roles on television and in films during the 1960s to the late 1980s.
He appeared in guest spots on numerous television shows, such as I Dream of Jeannie, Julia, Sanford and Son, The Bill Cosby Show, Cannon, Room 222, The White Shadow, Hart to Hart, CHiPs, T.J. Hooker, and Dynasty. Among his numerous film appearances include roles in Meteor (1979), Strangers Kiss (1983), Coming to America (1988), and The Jigsaw Murders (1989).
Adams died at his home in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1992.[2]
