Mr. Fong is a prospective client of McMann & Tate's.
Darrin and Samantha came to dine at his restaurant. While they waited for Larry and Louise to arrive, Mr. Fong served them a new cocktail he had concocted, The Heavenly Himalayan. Its ingredients were secret except for one - the Himalayan cinnamon stick. The cinnamon stick was very rare and came from a remote area high in the mountains.
The drink had an inebriating effect on Samantha. Mr. Fong said the drink was very mild and never had that effect on a customer before. Samantha felt very strange so Darrin took her home.
Unbeknownst to Mr. Fong, the Himalayan cinnamon stick was created by Tibetan monks to drive the witches out of the Himalayan Mountains.
Biography
In real life, as well as in Bewitched, Benson Fong was a restaurateur, owner of Ah Fong's restaurants.
