Byron Morrow played crooked politician John C. Cavanaugh in the first season episode, "Remember the Main" (1965), and Mr. Ramser in the fourth season episode, "The Man of the Year" (1968).

Biography[]

Byron Morrow was an American film and television actor. From the late 1950's until the early 1990's, his face was all over television and film screens worldwide.

Morrow played judges, admirals, generals, politicians, doctors, police superiors, sheriffs, men of the cloth, professors, executives and regent/dean types. He appeared in over three-hundred feature films, television movies, miniseries and television episodes.

His career highlights include: Star Trek: The Original Series, Baa Baa Black Sheep, Black Sheep Squadron, Johnny Got His Gun, The Missles of October, Colossus: The Forbin Project, Executive Suite, Babe, The Sting, The Spook Who Sat by the Door, The Winds of War, War and Remembrance, The President's Plane Is Missing, The Stone Killer, Brother on the Run, Kojak, The Marcus-Nelson Murders, The Waltons, The Challenge, Get Smart, 40 Guns to Apache Pass, I Dream of Jeannie, Death Valley Days, Perry Mason, Days of Our Lives, The Strangler, The Twilight Zone, Wake Me When It's Over and Black Zoo.

Morrow served with the United States Army in the Pacific Theater during World War II. He played in a semi-pro basketball league that included original members of the Harlem Globetrotters. Byron Morrow died on May 11, 2006. He was 94.[2]
