David Carlile played Harry the bartender in the original "Tabatha Pilot" (1976). He was credited as Dave Carlile.


David Carlile was born on February 9, 1931, in Los Angeles, California, as David Carlile Clark. He was an actor, known for Police Woman (1974), Ma Barker's Killer Brood (1960) and The Incredible Hulk (1977).

He also appeared in the television shows Alfred Hitchcock Presents, The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis, 77 Sunset Strip, Gomer Pyle U.S.M.C., Tabitha, Little House on the Prairie, Hill Street Blues, Simon & Simon, Newhart, Hotel, Night Court, Murphy Brown, and Murder One.

David Carlile died on April 1, 2006, in San Jose, Costa Rica. He was 75.
