Dena Crowder played hit witch Paula in the Tabitha episode, "Halloween Show" (1977).


Dena Crowder is a high performance coach, strategist, writer, speaker and a former child actress. She was born in California circa 1969.

As an actress she is known for Trapper John, M.D. (1979), Rafferty (1977) and Tabitha (1977).[1]

She graduated with honors from Marlborough School for Girls, Columbia College in New York City (Bachelor of Arts), University of Southern California School of Journalism/Communications (Master of Arts) and has been rigorously trained by masters in the fields of personal development, meditation, communication and spirituality.

She has designed innovative programs for prison parolees, judges associations, CEOs, CNN heroes, Emmy and Grammy winners, as well as executives at many organizations including Nike, Disney, Nestle and Fox. “The Essential Woman,” a course she created at the start of her career, served hundreds of women in multiple cities, including New York, Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco.

She has been featured in numerous formats both online and in print, such as Essence magazine, The Washington Post, The Seattle Times, Body and Soul, Aquarian Times,, was a Hot Topic on "The View," and is a frequent podcast guest.

Crowder is a third generation Californian and (as of 2020) lives in Los Angeles.[2]
