Jerry Rush was born on July 7, 1930, as Jerry Lloyd Rusch. He had a very brief acting career. Aside from Bewitched, he appeared on Paul Lynde's "The New Temperatures Rising" (1972), "The Lucy Show" (1962), "Nearly Eighteen" (1943) and in the Harvey Keitel movie "That's the Way of the World."
