Julie Gregg portrayed two characters on Bewitched - Miss Kabaker in "Double Split" (1966) and Terry Warbell in "The Crone of Cawdor" (1967).

Biography[]

Julie Gregg was born Beverly Scalzo on January 24, 1937, in New York City. She attended the University of Southern California on a music scholarship.

She was best known for the role of Sonny Corleone’s wife, Sandra, in the first two “Godfather” movies. Another of Gregg’s career highlights was a Tony Award nomination for best featured actress in a musical for her role in “The Happy Time” in 1968. She won a Theatre World Award for her stage debut in New York City.

She also appeared frequently on television throughout the 1960s and 1970s. Some of the notable shows included “McHale’s Navy", “Batman", “Hawaii Five-O", and “Mission: Impossible". She had a recurring role as Abby Graham on the Robert Forster detective show “Banyon", and she starred in the lead role of Maggie Spencer on “Mobile One” from 1975-1976. She made her last television appearance on the series “Brothers” in 1987. Her last film credit was in the 1994 thriller “Dead On".

She died on Monday, November 7, 2016, of cancer at her home in Van Nuys, California, according to The Hollywood Reporter. She was 79.[2]
