Lee Erwin was a writer on Bewitched. He wrote three episodes for the series (1966).

Lee Erwin was born on September 12, 1906, in Ada, Oklahoma. He was a screenwriter, known for "Jungle Jim", "Star Trek", "Mr. and Mrs. North" and "Richard Diamond, Private Detective". He also wrote for "Sea Hunt", "Laramie", "The Lieutenant" and "Peyton Place". For "Star Trek", he co-wrote the episode "Whom Gods Destroy", and wrote the original story premise which evolved into "The Man Trap".

Erwin died on February 9, 1972, in Los Angeles, California. He was 65.
