Marvin Decker, Jr. (Junior) is the son of Tabitha's boss, Marvin Decker.
Tabitha took Junior trick-or-treating with Paula in Paul Thurston's apartment building in hopes that he and Paula would become friends. Instead, Junior ran afoul with Paula and she turned him into a turkey. Tabitha convinced her to change Junior back and to try being friends with him instead.
