Biography[]

Maudie Prickett was an American actress. She appeared in the motion pictures "Call Her Mom" (1972), "Sweet Charity" (1969), "The Gnome-Mobile" (1967), "The Legend of Tom Dooley" (1959), "North by Northwest" (1959), "Lost in Alaska" (1952), "Harvey" (1950) and "Song of Idaho" (1948). She is best known for her roles in many television series, including, "Leave It to Beaver" (1957-1963), "Bewitched" (1964-1972), "Get Smart" (1965-1970), "Petticoat Junction" (1963-1970), "The Andy Griffith Show" (1960-1968) and "The Tammy Grimes Show" in 1966.[2]

Maudie Prickett passed away on April 14, 1976 from uremic poisoning.[3] She was 61.
