Philip Coolidge portrayed Mr. Trigby, a warlock proprietor of a witch pharmacy, in the second season episode, "Take Two Aspirins and Half a Pint of Porpoise Milk" (1965).

Philip Coolidge was a balding, lean American character actor who looked older than his years. He was prolific on Broadway, from his first performance in "Our Town" (1938), to his last in "Hamlet" (1964). He specialised in serious. or victimised roles, exacerbated by his furtive, hangdog demeanour. A reliable character player on the small screen, he made relatively few film appearances, but stood out in I Want to Live! (1958) and The Tingler (1959), as a homicidal silent picture theatre proprietor.
