The Queen of the Witches is a title given to a chosen witch who is the ruler of all witches and warlocks. A witch is born chosen. When the current Queen abdicates, a witch will be chosen to take their place. During their coronation, they have to say an oath. A Queen is able to make up a schedule when they are able to see their subjects. When a Queen is sworn into office, they have to serve and they have no choice in the matter.
