Serena's Youth Pill is the nineteenth episode of the eighth season and the 247th episode of the Bewitched series. The episode was completed by October 7, 1971.
Plot[]
Serena is babysitting the Stephenses' children when Larry comes by. To make fun, Serena flirts with him but as he presents himself as a senior citizen, Serena offers him Vitamin V for "Va-Va-Voom", a pill that has never been administered to a mortal. Immediately, Larry feels younger and wants to market the pill to make millions. However, the pill not only make the user feel and look younger, but actually turn younger. The next morning, Louise rushes over, reporting to Samantha how strange Larry is, now with his hair gone red again, having romanced her in ways he has not since their early years and looking up a television show that is long gone off the air. Darrin experiences the same strange phenomena when, at the office, Larry relives their first meeting in 1961. Darrin calls Sam, but by the time she arrives, Larry has become a college student who only remembers the 1950s and, when the Stephenses brings him to the house, a little boy. Fortunately, Serena pops in with an antidote that turns Larry back to his proper age.
