Tabitha Stephens (Tabatha) is the daughter of Samantha and Darrin Stephens. Maurice and Endora are her maternal grandparents, and her paternal grandparents are Frank and Phyllis Stephens. Adam is her younger brother.

Background

Tabitha was conceived in Season One, and it was revealed that Samantha was pregnant at the beginning of Season Two. She was then born halfway through season two in the episode, "And Then There Were Three".

Against both of her parents' wishes, Endora named her Tabatha, but Darrin acquiesced after a harrowing day in the hospital the day she was born.

Throughout the Bewitched Series

As a result of her unique heritage, Tabitha started using witchcraft at a young age, including twitching her nose. Samantha and Darrin had their hands full, trying to teach her to when and when not to use it.  She was unusually headstrong and needed extra discipline. Samantha and Darrin often told her, "Mustn't twitch."

Her grandparents, Endora and Maurice were not happy about their granddaughter being raised as a mortal, but were glad that Tabitha grew up just right.

Physical Appearance

As a baby, Tabitha had dark black hair throughout season two. From season three onwards, Tabitha had blonde hair like her mother.
