Maurice tries to read Endora's mind.
Telepathy is the ability to read another's mind or to send thoughts to them. When witches send thoughts to mortals, mortals are usually unaware that the thoughts they have are not their own.
Related to this ability is making mortals say things they never would have said or to confess their thoughts. Occasionally this happens to other witches such as when Arthur caused Boris to crack a joke at Endora's expense. ("Twitch or Treat") In these instances, both mortal and witch alike wonder why they said or confessed such things.
This ability is also used to give a dream or nightmare to someone.

- Paula planted thoughts in Paul Thurston's mind that he knew her even though he actually did not. ("Halloween Show")
- Serena cast a spell on the public to make them dislike Boyce and Hart. ("Serena Stops the Show")
- Samantha gave a dream to a client that he was Queen Victoria. ("Aunt Clara's Victoria Victory")
