Plot[]

The Stephenses and the Tates spend the weekend in an old English castle thanks to Larry who accepts the invitation of the landlord, the Duke of Winsett, who reveals upon the arrival of his guests that the place is haunted. During the tour of the castle, the hand of a suit of armor delicately caresses Samantha's shoulder who easily guesses that it is Harry the Ghost, a ladies' man killed in a fight by the jealous husband of the Duchess of Windermere. That night, no one can sleep because of a spooky howling. As a witch, Sam is the only one who is able to see the specter of the ghost and she asks him to quiet down. However, womanizer Harry still exists in his ghost form. He is struck by Samantha's beauty and makes advances towards her, but his ghostly "transparent" nature will not allow him to have physical contact. The ghost then decides to inhabit Darrin's body to be able to do with her what a husband normally does with his wife. Samantha cannot use her witchcraft to force Harry out of Darrin's body, but she can get herself out of the impostor's arms. Louise overhears the Stephenses' fight, comes to see if she can help and suggests that Sam spend the night with her while Larry sleeps with Darrin. At breakfast, the Duke complains about the ghost and Darrin argues with him. Later, Louise tries to talk to Darrin about husband-wife relations but she is shocked when possessed Darrin woos her insistently. To get Harry out of Darrin, Samantha summons the ghost of the Duchess. As soon as the ghost moves on with his beloved duchess, Darrin is freed, but Louise wants Larry to punch him. Samantha points out that too much work is the cause of the weekend mess and Larry is only too happy to accept this explanation.
